Career Crown’s structured, experience-based guidance programs are designed to support students at every critical decision stage from stream selection in Class 10 to career domain clarity in Class 11, and finally to career roadmap building, college shortlisting, and portfolio development in Class 12. Instead of relying on assumptions or marks alone, students actively explore real-world career scenarios and understand the practical demands of different fields. This hands-on approach builds clarity, confidence, and informed decision-making, helping them avoid costly mistakes and confusion later. In the long run, students benefit through better career alignment, higher motivation in studies, stronger college applications, and a clear sense of direction, ultimately leading to more successful and fulfilling professional journeys.

Class 10: Stream selection

Class 10 students choose a stream through psychometric career analysis, experiential stream projects, and academic performance. Students do real world practical projects on PCB, PCM, commerce and arts and find out which stream catches their interest, and to which stream their abilities are suitably aligned with.

Outcome: By the end of the program, students choose a stream that matches their interest, academic capability, and personality.

Program duration: 8 weeks

Program execution: (Cohort based) psychometric career assessment, projects, live sessions

Program fee: ₹ 500

Class 11: Exploring career domains & selection of career paths

Class 11 students choose a career domain through psychometric career analysis, experiential career projects, and academic performance. Students do real world practical projects on various career domains and find out which career catches their interest, and to which career their abilities are suitably aligned with. They get guidance on job roles, entrance exam, degree mapping, job opportunities, salary, work profile, growth profile and expected lifestyle for their chosen career domain. We suggest them 3 career paths from their chosen career domain, primary path, secondary path and backup career path.

Outcome: By the end of the program, students choose a career domain that matches their interest, academic capability, and personality. They choose 3 career paths in that domain, with one backup career path.

Program duration: 10 weeks

Program execution: (Cohort based) psychometric career assessment, projects, live sessions

Program fee: ₹ 800

Class 12: College shortlisting, making portfolio, entrance exam strategy, college admission preparation

Class 12 students do college shortlisting, they build their portfolio, they choose degree, prepare for college admission and they also get next 5 years career plan.

Outcome: By the end of the program, students have a college list ready, they have their own website to showcase the projects. They also have a 5 year career plan with entrance exam strategy and they are also fully prepared for college admission.

Program duration: 6 weeks

Program execution: (Cohort based) psychometric career assessment, live sessions

Program fee: ₹ 1200
